Witches Flying School

Kenney had an idea for a Halloween decoration that he really wanted to put up this year. He got my mom involved, and she went thrift store shopping to help him get supplies. He created a witches flying school where the witch flew into telephone poles in our yard. He was pretty proud of his design and had several comments from people in the community about them. I have to admit it was cool!!

The sign says "Witches Flying School."

Red Ribbon Week & More

Just a few moments of our everyday life captured here. During Red Ribbon Week the boys had different themes to dress up for. I missed getting pictures for mustache Monday and twins Tuesday, but I got two of the others days. Thankfully the boys found their outfits pretty much on their own which was great.

She enjoyed her chocolate cake a little too much!!
Thankfully I took off her clothes!
We got the tires rotated at the dealership when we went to Lubbock and took the shuttle to eat lunch.  Here they are waiting for our van to drive up.  Bentley insisted on being buckled in her seat while she sat there.
Crazy day for Red Ribbon Week.  They did these outfits all on their own, but to be honest if I didn't at least do some intervention on a daily basis, they wouldn't look too much different on a regular day.  The hair was definitely a new addition.
This was camo day.  We quickly realized that we don't have much camo!!
We're saving this picture to compare for later in life!!

This is a typical night right before bedtime at our house! Kenney loves Radley especially. He's pretty funny.

Bentley's little attitude shines through in this video. She says, "Ugh!" so well and so appropriately.

Pear Tree

One of Kenney's patients is a widow that told him we needed to come get some pears off her overly abundant tree. We were amazed with how many pears she had. The kids had more fun than I expected.
All of them were grabbing pears and putting them in the bag.

The tree was so full!
Happy kids!
Bentley wasn't so excited about sitting on the fence.
The only nice thing about going to the gym early in the morning is the sunrise as I leave.

Little Miss Priss

Bentley is definitely full of personality! She is very forth coming about what she wants and doesn't hold back! She is quite the girly girl and loves all accessories. She actually wanted earrings the other day after taking mine out and trying to put them in her ears.  She loves the color purple but thinks anything that is pink or purple in our house belongs to her.

Showing off her pink boots!
I had boots similar to these when I was little except mine were white with fringe!!  I guess we both like shoes a little too much.
This girl loves her purse and her phone.  She carries the phone inside her purse and is rarely without them.  She even sleeps with them in her bed!
There are always selfies on my phone too!

This is Bentley walking through Walmart trying to find Moana, more specifically Baby Moana.

Apollo Party

On Saturday the hospital in Childress had a celebration party with the Apollo Life Flight company now that there are helicopter services available. There were lots of activities for kids: bounce houses, a dunking booth, hot dogs/chips/cookies/drinks, and emergency vehicles for the kids to explore.  It was nice to have a fun activity for all of us to do close to home.

Inside the helicopter.
Damon flying
Kyler as co-pilot
Inside the firetruck.

The kids did awesome at the dunking booth. Damon hit lever on his first round of balls!

Kyler hit the target multiple times just not hard enough. Right after this video ended he had one last throw and dunked the guy!
