Summertime!!

June started off crazy busy with basketball and other activities going but we did start some of our 'normal' summer stuff too!  The library, the WAV, snow cones, friends coming over, etc. were happening all the time too!

One of the many library programs (the girls are in the second row on the far left).
Swimming with Blake at the Country Club
Everyone had dental appointments
We power washed and prepped the retaining wall to be painted.

It's really not super noticeable, but I feel like it finishes the job.

One of the presenters at the library.
Mackenzie made a fridge out of a box with a water and ice dispenser and door handles.
Kyler had an amazing time at FSY.  It was odd having him gone for a week and not hearing from him, but it was such a great experience for him.  He can't wait to go back.
Mackenzie made this for Father's Day before school ended.
Mackenzie is eating BREAD!!!
She also dressed up Damon's Pikachu, it was pretty funny when he found it.
Hanging out at the WAV

The youth went to Lake Altus for a fun activity and everyone loved it!

Eating at Braums afterwards

Hanging out waiting on the boat

Damon had a great time too, and I'm really happy Jane took some pictures for me!

Kyler has been practicing his drums a lot, and Mackenzie wanted in on the fun too!

Here's Mackenzie proud of her work!!

Summer League Basketball

Kyler and Damon were both in a summer league basketball tournament in Cache, OK at the beginning of June.  Damon's team did very well in the junior high division, and Kyler's team also did well, but in the JV division.  Both teams had no coach and subbed in and out on their own.  It was great to see Kyler out on the court again.  He played very well, but as is typical for him, he played the best in the last game!  I only went to one of the days in Oklahoma, but it was still fun to watch.  Kenney was able to see the games Kyler played here in Wellington.
