Football Crazy!!

I have been really shocked how much these boys are in love with football! They play in our living room, in the front yard and anywhere else they can! Damon loves to tackle and knock people down (specifically Radley). Kyler likes it too. They even give themselves pep talks before they run a play and throw the ball or tackle each other. It's fun to watch them play. The best is when Daddy comes home and they play with him outside. It's always Kyler and Damon vs. Radley and Daddy!

This kid is the most obsessed lately!!  One morning before school he asked to watch football.  He found the ESPN channel on the Roku and started watching a game all by himself.  He had to sit in his football tent and hold his football.  He loves watching people get tackled and pretty much understands how the game works.
Radley of course just goes along with anything the big brothers want to do, but he enjoys it too.
They actually watched more of the game than I assumed they would.
Tattoo Fridays are a big deal around here!  As mentioned before the boys do extra jobs/chores to earn their tattoos every week.  They love getting them.  Kyler gets his in a different place every week.  This is his selfie of this weeks tattoos.  One week he got a bright red football helmet on the middle of his forehead.  That was nice for church on Sunday!
These are the pictures I have been seeing on my phone lately, Skyrockets footballs.
And Bobcat footballs.  (These footballs are usually for Radley because Kyler and Damon fight over the Skyrocket footballs)
Oma was kind enough to send money and let the boys get some ice cream after school one day.  Lets just say it was a hit!!  It made for some happy little boys!
This kid loves his chocolate dipped cones!
Last weekend I was able to go to Lubbock (by myself; so nice and so weird) where my friends threw a baby shower for me!  It was amazing.  Our little girl got spoiled, and I felt so loved and special to still have amazing friends that were willing to give me a shower after I moved and make it so cute and fun!  Kenney was also a trooper for watching the boys all day and let me have a day to myself.  It was a great day!

Here is the full video clip of Radley singing his song I posted the other day. He stopped singing right as I started filming, but after the other boys got up there again he sang his song again. It makes me smile every time I watch this. He little voice inflections and the way he sways while he plays just makes me laugh!

Random Happenings

This is supposed to be a nice porch swing to relax and enjoy the cooler evenings.  Apparently the boys didn't get the memo and thought we brought a swing set to our backyard!
This little guy misses his brothers while they are at school, but he loves waiting for them to come out and runs up to them every day so excited to see them!  It's hard to watch other kids play while we wait.
We had to go get a flat fixed on the van one morning and these two lucked out! Actually, I lucked out because they gave the boys donuts, coloring pages, and crayons!!  Where were these places when we lived in Lubbock?!?
The boys attended their first Skyrocket football game and were super excited.  They even caught a football!   All 3 of them actually watched the game for the first 20 mins!  Every Friday is Rocket Red Friday (Damon wore red the first week but has since gone back to being loyal to his favorite blue).  The cheerleaders come by and hand out tattoos and the entire elementary school attends the pep rally!!  It's crazy!!!  They brainwash these kids (not really, but they all take it serious).  They have been doing extra jobs around the house to earn their tattoos, so we'll see how long they make the effort to earn them!
One Saturday morning at the park in Childress, they had different booths set up with 19th Century things and people explaining/reenacting how things were done back then.  Kerry invited the boys and I to go while Kenney worked on our house.  It was fun to do something a little different!
They liked the rifles.  Damon refused to dress up, but he help a gun at one point.
Kyler's goofy face.  This guy was amazing with the kids and very entertaining.  It was great to see them get involved and try new things.
So cute together

The boys often play a game where they describe or act like different animals to see if we can guess what animal they are being. Almost always Radley would be a dog but he changed it up on us!! It was cute seeing him be an alligator, but he now haven't seen him do anything, but the alligator! I guess if something works and you like it, why change?!?

Phone Gems

These boys cannot get enough of the camera on my phone or pictures of themselves! Here are a few of the pictures and videos I've found lately that I have not deleted!!

Did I mention that they are great photographers?!?
Silly faces are their favorite.
His little faces are always pretty funny and the same.
The cheese is usually the same too!
His double chin always makes me smile.
I do love this picture; I just wish it wasn't so blurry.  They do love their Kacy too!
They love watching these videos over and over and laugh so hard. I need to get a video of them watching the videos!

The funny faces just look painful!

Last Summer Swim

These boys have absolutely fallen in love with the pool and swimming. I am so glad they were able to get in the water and enjoy swimming for the last time this summer. Kyler is 100% floaty free, and Damon is the daredevil that wishes I would let him go without floaties! Radley is comfortable in the water, but he doesn't like wearing floaties at all!! I, on the other hand, am glad swimsuit season is over!!

He loves jumping in the water from anywhere and off of anything!
All smiles at the pool!
He can swim all over the pool!  I'm still pretty cautious with him, because I don't know his strength or endurance yet, but am so happy he can swim on his own.
Damon likes to do anything that will scare me, but I am afraid to try and hold him back too much. He is only allowed to do flips off the diving board (Don't worry Mom, he doesn't do any flips off the side of the pool!!)

This isn't the best video to show off Kyler's swimming, but I'm pretty sure he needed to go to the bathroom, more than show me his swimming skills!
