Mackenzie's Birthday

Mackenzie turned 5!!! Wow, that has gone by fast and not so fast at the same time. She has quite the funny and spunky personality. Everyone loves to be around her. You never know what she might do or say, but it will almost always make you smile.
Her teacher gave her the happy birthday headband, and I think she wore it for a week straight!  She also picked out her dress just for her party because she had a unicorn cake and wanted to look like a unicorn.

Christmas on the Bricks, Fox Tales & More

The Christmas activities have begun!  Our little town has so many family activities.  Christmas on the Bricks, Fox Tales, the Ritz Christmas movie and more.  We are blessed to live in such a community!  The kids especially love Fox Tales because of the hot chocolate and cotton candy!!

Hay ride at Christmas on the Bricks downtown.
Kyler even went with us!
Mackenzie could have ridden it all night!
Waiting to see Santa
Mackenzie was the only one that wanted to take a picture with them.
Matchy-matchy at church with Jaylen
Radley needed to make a 3D stocking for school so the 3D printer came to the rescue!
Fox Tales Santa is always the BEST!
Again Mackenzie was the only one that would sit with Santa, but that was after the ridiculous line calmed down.  We skipped right past the line at the beginning to get to the food!
This is the kid's favorite part of the night!
We went inside to explore the decorations inside this year.
Mackenzie really got into the posing, haha!
Then she found Presely outside and took pictures with her too.
They are so cute!

Kenney thought this kid was hilarious. He was asking the other kids where his mom was, but didn't get on the trailer. However, the ride was going to slow he could easily keep up walking beside it, and he did, all the way around the square!

End of November

Thanksgiving, a visit with Grandma & Grandpa, and a crazy girl!  The kids had a good time at Thanksgiving playing with cousins.  We also enjoyed staying home enjoying spending time with Grandma & Grandpa.  They read books and played a lot of games with everyone.  We didn't make any plans and didn't have to go anywhere, so we just stayed home!  I didn't take nearly as many pictures as I should have, but it was so good to see them!

After a rock song came on the radio, so looked at the rearview mirror and made this face!!

Bentley's Birthday & Baptism

Our girl Bentley turned 8 this month!  She was nervous about getting baptized for most of the year.  She was hesitant about having all the attention and people looking at her.  Thankfully after several conversations and reassurances she decided it would be ok and agreed to do it.  I was also surprised to hear from her teachers about how much she talked about her baptism at school and was inviting everyone!

We were shocked that Grandma & Grandpa were able to close their clinic down and made the trip here!  It was great to see them and spend time with them over Thanksgiving.

The baptism itself went really well.  Bentley had a great day and even one of her friends was able to come.  She was smiling the whole time and did everything 'right'.  She was really worried about messing up.

Bentley's sweet friend Perrie that came to support her!
She was so excited she was doing cartwheels down the hallway waiting for everyone to get there!

Lots of giggly girls for a sleepover
Notice the eye patches, haha!
