Altus Air Force Base Show

We were super excited when we found out the Altus Air Force base was doing another air show (or so we thought). We got there a little earlier so that we could go on the planes and more of the activities they have.  However, there was basically no air show.  Some planes would fly over, but last time there were jets doing a really cool show with maneuvers and stuff.  There was none of that this time, just planes in sets of 2 at the most flying straight over the runway.  We still had a great time going inside the planes and walking around together.

This is a fuel plane.  It gets close to other planes and refuels them while flying!  This is the back of the plane where they control the parts that fill the other planes.

There is a sense of pride and patriotism when you are at an air force base and hear the national anthem.

Bentley and Radley had a good time with the slides.  I tried to take Kyler and Damon on the simulator, but after waiting in line we found out they weren't even old enough to do them, bummer!
