Kyler doing Papa Dude's trick for magical healing.
Superman!!
She LOVED this swing!!
4 crazy kids eating Popsicles on the swing.
Even Oma liked the swing. She even put Bentley to sleep on the swing one time.
Bentley had been waiting for days to get her nails painted at Oma & Papa Dude's house. She used Zadi's nail polish and convinced both Oma and Papa Dude to paint her nails!!
Acting like they were King of the Mountain.
A 3 story playing structure!! If you look close they are all up at the top.
The big trees making shade helped my endurance for staying at the park!!
Damon started screaming at one point because he got stung but some insect on his head and his hand. It was pretty traumatic for him.
Helping Papa Dude make hamburgers (in Oma's kitchen you wear gloves to touch raw meat, haha)!
Papa Dude and Daddy had to hang the new swing twice but everyone loved it!! It was a great addition to the backyard.
Bentley especially had a great time on the swing. She was always trying to talk someone into pushing her.
Radley and Bentley try so hard to keep up with the rest of us. Bentley was hilarious one night eating all the pepperoni off the pizza before we cooked it, and Radley was super helpful at the church while we were cleaning it. It's fun to watch them try and do things that people more than twice their size do everyday.
I was shocked she ate ALL of the pepperonis.
It was really funny when she shoved all of them in her mouth when she saw Damon walk into the kitchen.
Bentley on the counter eating the pepperoni with no shirt and messy hair is entertaining enough, but when she shoves them in her mouth to keep Damon or any of the boys from eating them is just hilarious!!
Well this December our family will be complete!! Baby #5 is due December 9th! The kids are all super excited for a new sibling. The boys all want it to be a boy, and Bentley wants it to be a girl. Kenney and I see pros and cons to both so we don't really care. Damon thinks we need 100 more boys in our family (yeah that's not happening). However, the gender will remain a surprise until he/she is born. I really want something to look forward to at the end since the deliveries are what I dread the most. Kenney could care less if we find out or not, so a surprise it will be!
FIVE I know that doesn't seem like a big number, but really 5?!?!? This is the caption I used to post the picture on social media: "Come Dec, the Keys Team will be complete and my growing basketball will deflate. These kids better play hard because there will be no subs (I'm not sure how the two coaches are going to handle the 5 they'll have)!"
Bentley got her 'big girl' bed so we could somewhat get ready for another baby in her room. I can't really finish decorating the room because we don't know the gender of the baby, but it will be fun when the time comes!
We just left the crib up, what's the point in taking it down at this point??
This girl got some clothes and glasses in a package from Oma. You can see her lining up the clothes behind her!
Bentley is just too girly for her own good. Here she is trying on 3 pairs of glasses at the same time.
Here she is attempting a handstand. Notice the leg raise, lol!!
Our chicken coop! We saw this at Sam's while we were down in Austin for the reunion and thought it was a great deal. It holds 4 chickens which we think will be perfect for our family. Kenney has been wanting chickens for a while now so we thought it was a good time to get one. It's just a cute little coop too! Now we just need chickens. Damon thought the chickens came in the box with the chicken house, hahaha!!
The Payne Family made a quick stop in Childress on their way to Utah, and we never miss a chance to go see them!! Underneath all those boys is Brock. I'm not sure even he can handle all 6 boys much longer!!
Here's the video of just how crazy 6 little boys can be. Needless to say, the match didn't last too long!
The WAV
He can easily walk across the lilly pads now!
Miss Sassy Pants herself!!
She was a little nervous at first because we told her she didn't need her floaties.
Finally tall enough to go down the big slide!!!
Jordyn, Bentley, and Radley
Jordyn and Bentley
It didn't take long for Bentley to get comfortable.
Damon posing on the turtle. Radley later told me he climbed up onto the turtle and the fish (in the background) all by himself. That's not easy to do!
Bentley is pretty fearless when it comes to the water. She was pretty funny walking through the fountains.
Damon was super excited he could go down the slides this year!! While we were there, he went down too many times to count!
We didn't have the most exciting 4th of July, but we sure we busy (at least the adults were). Kenney had to work that morning while I finished prepping the boys room for painting. That evening we drove in to Childress so eat burgers and watermelon with the family and watched fireworks from Kevin's house. The fireworks were the best I have ever seen in Childress. The finale was impressive!
Our 4 little firecrackers!!
I don't quite understand the pose they were going for, but this is what they wanted.
Just a slightly more normal position.
Chesse!! She was excited to wear this dress that Oma made for her.
Couldn't make the drive without a few zzzzz's
Phones do not provide the best photos for fireworks, but the sunset with the fireworks was pretty.
Hanging with Uncle Kaden waiting for the show to begin.
Playing with the strobe light fireworks making me super nervous but lovin it!
The Project
I've been wanting to paint the back bedroom since we moved in, but it was the least offensive color in the house and wasn't a priority. However, the boys have all wanted to move Kyler back there so we thought it would be best to paint before moving more things into the room. We got the room finished and ready by the end of the week.
Sorry for all the stuff in the room, but it took enough effort to move everything just to middle I wasn't about to move it out just for some pictures!!
The pinkish brown color is about to be gone.
Here's the grey color on the wall and the Batman stickers I added to one wall. I sent this picture to Kenney because I wanted to check spacing before I took off the plastic covering of stickers. I haven't taken one since, but you get the idea. And yes the spacing isn't perfect, but it's close enough for me!!
