The Payne family came to Childress for a few days so everyone was excited for some cousin time. We had a lot of fun playing and doing all sorts of things. We hung out at Nana and Papa's house Sunday, and we brought home 3 extra boys with us. The kids were all so excited! The next day, first thing in the morning, the boys were all playing football. Bentley got a hold of the whistle and was the coach for them. There was a lot of Pokemon trading and playing baseball too. There were in and out so much I didn't realize they were getting sun burnt, opps! Shayla and Brock brought Brek with them that evening for dinner, and we enjoyed some time together as adults too!
The next day we came to swim, but had to leave soon after for Kyler's baseball practice. The next day we went to the lake house and had dinner and fun. Most of us made it down to the dock where some kids were fishing, some were skipping rocks, hunting for grasshoppers for fishing bait, looking for shells, etc. Then we got a fire going and had roasted marshmallows and s'mores. The kids loved it! Til next time cousins!!
