Bentley's track meet ended up being on one of the worst mornings of the spring! It was super windy and pretty dang cold! The kids handled it really well considering what they were doing. Bentley did a great job! I honestly didn't know what to expect. She's not the most active or involved when it comes to this kind of stuff, but she did really well! She either has been exposed to this stuff so much it seeped in, or she's natually athletic, maybe both. Either way, she did really well. Damon was super excited because he was able to come help too. He loved cheering on Bentley was watching her compete for the first time. Thankfully, Kenney was able to be there too or we would not have much video. I was helping time the 100m so I didn't get so see her do much. Overall, it was a great day even with the weather!
Obstacle Course, for not being as active as her brothers, she did really well!
Throwing wasn't too bad either!
Her long jump was super impressive compared to all of her classmates. She was one of the only ones coordinated enough to actually JUMP!
It was super close at the end, but this was pretty much the only event she didn't win.
Her jacket distracted her, but in the end she pulled out a win! I also love that you can her Damon yelling for her as she finished! He was super proud!
