Trip To Lubbock

Oma & Papa Dude offered to watch the kids in Lubbock while Kenney and I went to the temple.  We ran a few errands including buying presents for the sibling exchange and noticed that we the carriage ride we took when the boys were little was still going.  We brought the kids back and let them take a ride and pet the horses.  The kids loved it and it brought back great memories for us.  Kyler wasn't with us because of basketball games.

Playing at a park we used to take the boys to, and just like old times, we had to leave because someone needed to use the bathroom!!

After driving to Lubbock on Saturday we had to come right back and bring Bentley for a follow-up with the cardiologist.  He said everything looked great and he upped her medicine dose so she now takes pills.  I think she enjoyed her time with just Kenney and I.  She wasn't quite so nervous or tired this time.

 

Mackenzie was thrilled riding around the parking lot!  The others were pretty happy about it too.
